Our office is in a three-story brick building, located right next to Starbucks Coffee. The front entrance is secured, and access is via an electronic intercom system. Follow the intercom directions to select “360 Consultations” or Dr. Gulwadi, and we will buzz you in.
Once you enter the building, please take the elevator or stairs to 3rd floor and enter the suite 360 area. There are a few chairs at the waiting room/lobby area as you enter the suite. Please try to come in close to your appointment time. We are trying to avoid having too many people sitting in the lobby for prolonged period to lower spread of COVID19. I will come to the lobby and greet you at the scheduled appointment time. I recognize that your time is valuable, and I try to be as prompt as possible.
If you need wheelchair access, please let us know ahead of time so that building access can be arranged via the handicapped entrance. Our office is ADA compliant and is fully accessible.
Parking is available at metered curbside spaces on the street, or at one of the several near-by parking garages. Suggested garages are at Washington and Fourth, William and Fourth, and Ashley and William. We apologize, but we do not validate parking.
