Contacting the Office
The office hours are subject to change. Dr. Gulwadi is currently providing psychiatric services at the above office location on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She has tele visit appointments available on certain Saturday as well. The clinic is closed on most major holidays.
To reach Dr. Gulwadi, please call the office number at 734-984-2228 from Monday- Friday between 9 am- 6 pm. If the call goes to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number to call back and a brief explanation about the reason for your call. Dr. Gulwadi will personally call you back within 3-4 business days. Voice mail messages left at the office on Friday afternoons or weekends will not be received until the following Monday at the earliest.
Dr. Gulwadi is a provider of office-based outpatient services. She does not provide emergency services, inpatient or intensive services. If you have an emergency or urgent issue, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care. You may also contact the Psychiatric Emergency Services at the University of Michigan Medical Center, at 734- 936-5900 or crisis hotline number for your county.
Arriving at the Office
The office is located at the corner of Main Street and Liberty Street (101 W. Liberty St, Suite 360, Ann Arbor, MI 48104), in downtown Ann Arbor. Our office is in a three-story brick building, located right next to Hyperion Coffee Co- Ann Arbor. The front entrance is secured, and access is via an electronic intercom system. Follow the intercom directions to select “360 Consultations” or Dr. Gulwadi, and we will buzz you in.
Once you enter the building, please take the elevator or stairs to 3rd floor and enter the suite 360 area. There are a few chairs at the waiting room/lobby area in the 360 suite for people to wait till their appointment time starts. Please try to come in close to your appointment time. I will come to the lobby and greet you at the scheduled appointment time. I recognize that your time is valuable, and I try to be as prompt as possible.
If you need wheelchair access, please let us know ahead of time so that building access can be arranged via the handicapped entrance. Our office is ADA compliant and is fully accessible.
Parking is available at metered curbside spaces on the street, or at one of the several near-by parking garages. Suggested garages are at Washington and Fourth, William and Fourth, and Ashley and William. We apologize, but we do not validate parking.
We are about 10–15-minute walk from Central Campus of University of Michigan. Our location is also accessible via multiple bus lines, as the Blake Transit Center is one block east and south of us.
