At this practice location, I provide psychiatric services to help adults with various emotional and psychiatric concerns. My approach is to treat the person as a whole and help them make positive changes in their lives. We will focus on using various treatment strategies that would help including psychotherapy, medications, behavior changes, life-style changes, nutrition, and bright light therapy. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and collaborative care to my patients and based on their needs and at a pace that they feel comfortable with.

I help manage and treat a wide variety of mental health issues including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, disorders of thought and behaviors, psychotic disorders, and other mental health issues. I am always striving to add more novel treatment approaches to my practice.

I believe in keeping the focus on the patient and providing the best treatments. Having minimal focus on the administrative problems related to the insurance-based healthcare system allows Ashwini Gulwadi, PLLC practice to provide more comprehensive patient-based treatment model, which is completely based on patient needs. So, the psychiatric services provided here, is based on a fee-for-service or self-pay model.
